Looking for a challenge? We have one for you. Instead of hitting the trails for a race this summer, join Ames Parks & Recreation for one in Furman Aquatic Center’s lazy river! Enjoy the challenge of running 2 miles against the current! That is 19 laps around our 550 foot long lazy river. Open to first 100 participants. Register early for a t-shirt. Note: this event ends at 10:30 AM regardless of number of laps completed.  Open to ages 16 and above.
