KCM is a three week intensive program for youngsters ages 8-18. It runs weekdays, 10:00am-2:30pm, July 9-27, with evening performances at Ames City Auditorium, 7:30pm, July 27 and 28. Cosmos participants receive training in contemporary dance, dance theater, improvisation, and dance choreography. And KCM dancers exercise their imaginations everyday.
Presented and supervised by dancer/director/choreographer, Valerie Williams, KCM is accessible for both children who have, and have not had, other dance experience. All dances are tailored to the abilities of the participants.
