The Friends of Ada Hayden Heritage Park (FAHHP) are hosting an unveiling ceremony for new interpretive and wayfinding signage recently installed at Ada Hayden Heritage Park. The event, held in partnership with the City of Ames and the Ames Parks and Recreation Commission, will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, at the shelter at the north end of the park. The ceremony will be facilitated by Jim Pease, FAHHP President. Ada Hayden Heritage Park is located at 5205 Grand Ave. 

 

The Friends Group is hosting a picnic immediately following the unveiling which will include food and activities.  Those interested in attending should RSVP to Stephanie Fox at ssfox1645@gmail.com no later than Monday, May 27.
