Ames native and Sacramento Kings basketball player Harrison Barnes will present the Ames Public Library with a $53,000 donation at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, to continue funding the Harrison Barnes Reading Academy, which includes the year-round tutoring program and Summer Reading Buddies program. The presentation will take place at the Ames Public Library, 515 Douglas Ave.
