A public information meeting to discuss the proposed shared use path system expansion through Iowa State University’s Veterinary Medicine campus will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, in Room 235 of Ames City Hall, 515 Clark Ave. The proposed project will consist of paving the trail from South 16th Street to the Iowa State University Research Park.
This public meeting will be conducted utilizing an open format. No formal presentation will be made. City of Ames staff and the project consultant, Bolton & Menk, will be present with plans, displays, and related information to discuss the project. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend the meeting, give input, and ask questions about the proposed improvement project.
