Permit Application Process
Sign permit application forms including the property owners signature shall be submitted to the Inspection Division along with the following items:

1.  Drawing of the sign including dimensions and location.
2.  Line drawing or aerial with the location of the sign and distance from all property lines.

General Requirements
All properties in the Highway Oriented Commercial, Agricultural, and Industrial districts are allowed to use a maximum of three square feet of signage for each 1 foot of street frontage for the property. This maximum square footage includes all signage on the property, such as wall signs, ground signs, directional signs and temporary signs.
