Wellness Offering

Fitness Classes  Over 50 weekly fitness classes feature cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength for all ages and fitness levels.

Fitness for 50+  Classes feature low impact aerobics, resistance exercise and flexibility for people over 50 or individuals looking for a less intense workout

Silver Sneakers®  This class is designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.

Mind-Body Classes Pilates Barre, Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Tai Chi and Tae Kwon Do

Adult Dance Classes Belly Dance, West Coast Swing, and Line Dancing

Specialty Wellness Classes TRX Training, Outdoor Bootcamp, Cycle, & HIIT
