The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears applications/appeals by individuals on errors, exceptions, special permits, conditional use permits, and variances--all pertaining to zoning regulations. The Board meets regularly at 6:00 p.m. the second and fourth Wednesdays each month from April through October; meets the second Wednesday only from November through March.

Applications should be filed in the Planning & Housing Department approximately three weeks prior to a scheduled meeting date. Please visit with a member of the Planning staff to ensure that you have completed your application correctly. Click here to view applications.
