Appeal a Parking Ticket - In the event you want to contest a parking ticket, you must first contact the Office of the Chief of Police, 515-239-5130 or jan.schmitt@cityofames.org. If you are unable to reach an acceptable agreement there, you may be referred to the City Attorney's Office 515-239-5146.
