2019/20 Seal Coat Pavement Improvement Project

Construction is currently planned to start Spring of the 2021 construction season. Depending on contractor availability the project may begin Fall of 2020. Project completion date of July 16, 2021.

During construction, there will be periods of time where access to driveways will be denied to accommodate the repair and replacement of the roadway. Intersections and the roadway under construction will be closed in phases. See the current phasing plan. See resident information letters for Franklin Ave and East 8th Street.
