The Annual Action Plan is a component of the Consolidated Plan that outlines the type(s) of program
activities/projects, budgets, project locations, and the scope of activities that will be funded and implemented that addresses one or all of the goals outlined in the 3 or 5-year Priority Needs, especially for low and moderate-income persons/households.
