The purpose of the CAPER is to: 1) provide HUD with the necessary information to assess the City’s ability to carry out its programs in compliance with applicable regulations and requirements; 2) provide information necessary for HUD to report to Congress; and 3) provide the City of Ames with an opportunity to describe its program achievements with the citizens of Ames.
